Hiroko Kimura, a 20-year real estate veteran, received high honors at the recent First Team Hall of Fame award banquet, which was held at the Ritz-Carlton Laguna Niguel.

Kimura received top recognition for her success, according to Fred Nassab, sales manager of First Team's Seal Beach office.

With two decades of real estate experience, Kimura joined First Team two years ago. "I was looking for a company that offered a professional atmosphere," she said, adding that "First Team Real Estate has the tools I need to help my clients succeed."

With 18 offices and more than 1,200 sales agents, First Team is involved in local real estate dealings from entry-level homes to multimillion-dollar estates and investment properties.

After five consecutive years as a First Team Hall of Fame honoree, Hiroko Kimura never loses the thrill of being recognized by her peers. Posting over $12 million in sales for 2002, she also earned the coveted medallion.

According to Fred Nassab, sales manager of First Team's Seal Beach office, Kimura's achievements are hardly surprising given her past successes.

Recently, Kimura also received the $5 million sales award for May 2003.

With more than 20 years experience in real estate, Kimura joined First Team five years ago when she learned of the company's strong marketing and advertising programs.

Born in Tokyo, Japan, Kimura is one of the most experienced Japanese bilingual real estate professionals in the county and has been proudly serving Asian communities in conjunction with the growth of Orange County. She serves as one of the board of directors for the Orange County Japanese Association, vice president of the Los Angeles Alumni Chapter of the University of Waseda, and on the committee of the Futaba High School Los Angeles Alumni Chapter.
